Harsha leads the dispute practice at the firm and has over 14 years of experience in advising on commercial litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience of civil and commercial litigation in Indian courts, including before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Green Tribunal, the National Consumer Commission, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the Competition Appellate Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal. He has also appeared in several arbitrations on behalf of various clients including ONGC Videsh, IBM, Oil India Ltd. and Government of Delhi, New Delhi Municipal Council, etc. Harsha graduated from the National Law School of India University in Bangalore (2004) and completed his LL.M. from the George Washington University School of Law, Washington D.C in 2007. Aditya obtained his law degree from the prestigious National Law University, Odisha and subsequently enrolled himself as an advocate with the Bar Council of Rajasthan. Thereafter, Aditya worked with Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. in its in-house legal team wherein he was involved in work relating to reviewing and finalizing of various contracts such as EPC supply installation testing and commissioning contracts, annual maintenance contracts, coupled with drafting and researching for various litigation and arbitration matters and advising various internal departments on the policy issues. Some of the notable transaction in which he has advised are service tax demand of Rs. 300+ crores at CESTAT, Delhi, successfully closed a real estate deal of $ 10 million of a property situated at Sundar Nagar, New Delhi, represented his client in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Gurgaon District court in a SFIO matter of Rs. 13,000 crore, and appointed as a special counsel to assist the prosecution in a high profile murder case.
